im thinking about cutting out most of the floors and redoing the supports then fixing marine grade plywood down to the supports. what do you guys think ?

well here she is, my 1967 blue bird 30 footer school bus. its a 5 speed with a 391 industrial ford motor with 67,xxx kilometres. Shes my first bus and my first conversion.
Its gonna be alot of work...
