Hey! I live in a suburb of Vancouver, BC (Canada). I live in Surrey. As well, our bylaws state that commercial vehicles are not allowed on Residential property.
There aren't many loopholes up here...

So, if I get the oil checked and there is either metal in it, fuel in it, or even coolant if some other substance in it, are those things pricey to get fixed?
