How to replace glow plugs on T444E?

I turned the key but waited like 3 minutes before cranking the engine. The bus is a 2001 International. All the lights, etc. come on, but turn off when I fully turn the key.

Awesome, thanks. Our bus is on the street, so we'd have to have a giant extension cord running from the house and it would make us pretty conspicuous, so I'll just have to keep them close by.
