thanks to everyone for all of the input. unfortunately we weren't able to get it tailgate yesterday but I suspect the relocation could be would I need to do because it starts great and then stalls...

Fuel filter is replaced got second opinion and this guy thinks it may be bacteria in tank even though fuel was flushed, thoughts?
