Our 89 Thomas was an elementary school bus in the Hillsboro School District, OR (near Portland) and was sold to an international dealership a few months before we bought it, with just under 68k miles...

Does anyone know if its possible to buy flared copper tubing, or would I have to flare it myself?
Or is there another type of heat resistant tubing I could use to replace the one in this stove?

I just went with 3/4" xps foam board, with 1/2" osb. Ill be bolting the corners of the osb to the steel before we drive anywhere.

Yea my friend did exactly that for the bathtub in his green house, and if you walk in the front door at the wrong time you could be covered in boiling water that spews out of the pressure release...
