I just added our new bus to the insurance policy...

I just added our new bus to the insurance policy at AAA and it cost 225.00 a year for public liability no collision. It is insured as a motor home.

My 1996 International 3600 had the whole cluster freeze up while driving today. It was doing the random sweeps then froze.
Am i hearing correctly that it is most likely a bad ground?
