I have a stock tcm but I want to have a line on a stand alone solution in case it won’t work correctly. We aren’t full time but we have festivals planed so the swap has to be completed...

Found the part number on the side... It’s a Pressure Protection Valve, designed to protect the air brakes from accessory failure.

Down stream of the valve are air bags on the rear axle to adjust...

Amsoil Torque-Drive is Allison TES-295 compatible. I think maybe I’ll put that in till I do my 1000 transmission swap.

I live in coastal Virginia and the winters are moderate so I’m not too sure worried about draining the batteries too low.. I just need to supplement the heat at night.

Right on. I cleaned the plugs and used a scribe to bend the ends of the connectors on the two black twisted wires. Basically I smooshed them alittle to create a tighter connection on the board...

Gauge cluster plug repair

My 2002 Amtran RE t444e gauge cluster cuts on and off while driving etc.

I re-soldered all the points on the cluster circuit board, some of which were bad. But I’m pretty sure the plug is bad...
