Well thats your opinion. As far a CA these buses are getting hard and harder to get here they are crushing them for a buy back for the schools. There not cheap anymore.

The mileage reads that so im not sure if its had a motor change or not. I wasn't able to get any paperwork on its history. Its runs great and sounds great lots of power....
