Thanks. It was worse, if anything. I wore a respirator for the first week of cleaning. Didn't want to get the Rat fever or whatever.
But it is looking - and smelling - much better now.

Actually that is not exactly what I had in mind, but I do like the looks of the one you showed. I think that would be easier than a full roof raise, also.

I did almost the same thing with mine. Spent one winter with temps going down to 20 below. Only problem was the floor. Skirting and insulation will help that.

I pulled a 6000 pound pickup from Louisiana to Anchorage, Alaska behind my Thomas - 345 CI - automatic. Worked good, but slow going up the mountains. Be patient. Got 5.6 MPG for the trip.
