Will use some plumbers putty to seal the tube...

....into the spout and think that should take care of the problem. Thanks for replying quickly....have the BandS pet cock so will give it a try before we get a "Pure Michigan Winter"!

Priming

You have a piece of tubing over the vent extension on the external fuel tank and you say to blow into it to prime the line to the generator....if the tubing is just put down the spout of the fuel...
