The report I got back was camshaft was good, block was solid but had been re-bored previously so there would be too much room for new sleeves. I'll go back and check to be sure I heard right....

Understood. The actual bore is supposedly damaged. That's where my issue starts. I have a full out-of-frame kit ready to go and when they took the engine apart and looked at everything they said nope!
