I was thinking about substituting the rear table with something more "multi-functional". There is not a whole lot of space inside. BTW how many are you?. Because at mealtime probably you can fit 5 in...

I agree on the chairs, but if you put 2 of them side to side you can have the pullout tables, the storage where the project chairs are and a bed on top.
Currently I am going through the whole set,...

This morning found this piece of furniture that might be useful for you. Basically is like a kitchen cabinet, but has 3 pull outs: 2 seats and a table. Go to:

I really like your plan, the only thing that I would change would be the table and seats in the bunk area (you have another table at the front). IMHO that area could be used for something...
