I'd use 3m seam sealer, and then I'd paint it...

I'd use 3m seam sealer, and then I'd paint it flat white with regular old rustoleum. It'll look good, be sealed, and won't peel, yellow, or have dirt stick to it. Flat white will also do the best job...
