Easier would be to get either solid PVC molding or Tile chair rail and caulk the stuff to the top of the countertop. Low profile and will keep liquids from running down the backside of the cabintery....

You could have made things a little easier if you had built the toe kick (out of 2X4's), attached that to the floor (leveling the toe kick), then built the cabinet carcase and set the boxes on top of...

You still need to vent to waste tanks themselves. You can pull a vent up off your grey tank and then pull a vent off your black tank then tie the two together and run a single pipe thru your roof. ...
