Run away from this shop as fast as you can. The head foreman has absolutely no clue. The 366 has LESS torque than a 427 or 454 (very simply, displacement is torque), & may well burn MORE fuel than...

If it's a 366 Chevy, you may want to upgrade--a 427 or 454 should bolt right in, & give you a much-needed power boost for the hills.
