As far as things are concerned in Oregon, you dont need any special licenses for anything plated as a motorhome as long as it is 40ft or smaller.

What type of transmission are you running? Sometimes changing from an automatic to a manual can save lots of fuel. If you can find a 10 speed, there is nothing better.
