I like the radiant brick style heaters. Both types exhaust heat towards the ceiling from the combustion, but the brick radiates heat outward, warming objects and people.

hmmm, $92 per 4X8X3/4 sheet for interior grade, faced both sides with luaun. Stronger than plywood yet 40% lighter.

It only exceeds the generator breaker if you use the full capacity of each sub breaker. Do you know the amperage draw of your AC unit? Sounds like your other 120VAC needs are fairly small.

I would add high amperage fuses to the DC+ connection. When you have cables capable of carrying that kind of load, a short is more like a welding arc than like simple 12VDC sparks. Look at your cable...
