I need some transmission skooling.

I am picking up some Fuller RT-610 and RTO-910 transmissions. I would like some info on history. Where they used in buses? Anyone use one of these? What is your opinion about the RTO-910 behind a DT466 mechanical? Are they too old to mess with?

Crown and Gillig used a lot of Eaton/Fuller transmissions. Most were 5-speeds but there were also a lot of them that left the factory with 10-speeds. And many of the 10-speeds were OD transmissions.

Since they use Eaton/Fuller multi-range transmissions behind brand new DT466's I don't see why they wouldn't work behind old DT466's.
