I wouldn't do any of this. Typically aschoolbus is invisible on the road, everyone ignores them. Put a bunch of signage saying it's not a school bus and you stick out more. Stay invisible. Just about nowhere is a private school bus in yellow legal. Also almost no one hassles over color or lighting.
