Re: Mid size Blue Bird flat-nose

9 window bus. Been on the market for a little while so they might even take a lower price (MIGHT being the keyword here). Can't tell if it's got a bathroom inside, I reckon it does but there's no telling for sure (it's the one reason why I haven't dragged Mum to go see it in person, and she thinks it's too high pricewise*).

I've been staring at it for a bit, can ya tell?

*Doesn't matter, still want it. Then again, I want a lot of things. Don't mean I'm gonna get it, though.

Re: Mid size Blue Bird flat-nose

Time... time... time! Geez. This week has just about killed me. I need to buy some 5 Hour energy. I'm falling asleep on the way home from work in the AM. I've been getting off from FD at 10PM and then back up at 3AM. You forget that I'm OLD!!!! And I'm not used to such long days.

We've got to finish our bus before we start saving for yours. Need to buy a solar vent (first of several) to get the hot air out of the bus. It's getting hot here.

And do the countertop in the galley (next week).

I know that. I'm not looking at buying a bus right now, I got no place to park it! I did some math (erk!) and I figure I can have approximately $3800 by the time my birthday rolls around so I should be able top afford an okay bus for my birthday present to myself.

You worry about the Compass Rose, I'll worry about getting up the funds for the Camper. I'm working 40 hours a week for the foreseeable future (I'm pretty much contracted at this point. Yay me *Can't roll eyes hard enough*) and if I can squeeze in another $40 here and there I'll even have my gas funds started back up by the time I get back into the 'Grounds.

I STILL LIKE THAT BUS. I can dream, okay? Dreaming never hurt me (...physically, at least).

That is a sweet bus! Too bad the timing is too late for me or I would have surely made an offer on it!

Is that a refrigerator or freezer laying on it's side?

*Tilts head*

*Tilts screen and tilts head*

*Further.....futherrrrrr*

*Falls off chair*

...that looks disturbingly like a fridge on its side. Could be a chest freezer but someone would have to call up and ask. Feller needs to add more pics showing the interior.

Re: Mid size Blue Bird flat-nose

Even if its a chest freezer, it's on it's back. Look at the door seam.

By the looks of the plastic trim and curved door I think it's a single door apartment style fridge laying on it's side.
Maybe it died and fell over

Re: Mid size Blue Bird flat-nose

Unless they flipped the compressor... I don't believe a dorm fridge will run like that. I don't know for sure and I won't flip any of mine over to see!
