The Captains' command post (as soon as he gets orders from the Admiral...yes m'am!).
That's an Abbott Tachograph on the dash (looks a bit like a fare box). The speedomoter is in the top portion (the speedo in the dash is disconnected); a paper disc is inserted into the lower portion and it records times and speeds (used for driver control).

The seat (although somewhat dirty at the moment) is quite comfortable and it's an air ride model. Love it!
