Got the feet fabricated and welded onto my benches, and layed down some laminate floor from the driver, through the kitchen, and back to the front of the bunk room. No there isn't an invisible bunk room, I didn't build it yet.

Removed the roller guides, open/close lever, and screwed on two pieces of aluminum angle top and bottom. Hinge gives enough movement without reversing.
