Used rust treatment first, then Rustoleum rusty metal primer, then silicone caulk over all the seat holes.

layers of flooring
Here you can see the layers of flooring going in: red rosin paper, 1/4" polystyrene insulation, 1/2" plywood. Final flooring will be 1/4" resiliant wood-look planks.

Drips2
I used Rustoleum cold galvanizing compound to prime the galvanized window skin metal. What a hassle! It dripped very easily as you can see in this picture.

bus half painted2
Paint is going on. Rustoleum gloss white oil-based enamel. It's around $25-$30 per gallon. I thinned it at a ratio of 1 pint acetone to 1 gallon paint. I used 3.5 gallons for the whole bus.
