Best time of year to buy a skoolie?

Is there a time of year that is best to buy a skoolie? When do schools sell their buses and then buy new ones? Time of year? I'm looking for when is best time to get a deal on a skoolie.

Most schools don't immediately sell their used buses when they withdraw them from regular service ... well not their best ones.

That said, there is a definite glut from May through Aug/Sept.

Just my two cents worth - I bought mine in August and now that I have the subflooring in have discovering roof and window leaks and my work is at a standstill until I can fix the roof (months away). So just don't go too far with work until you have had some big rains.
