Bluebird front seat

It seems this may be a long shot but since we have learned so much on this forum I will give it a shot....2007 bluebird medium bus. I can't figure out how the front seat goes back in...the bolt holes do not line up to the mount on the seat. I am thinking that I am missing a bracket. I searched my storage shelves but nothing looks like it fits. Can anyone give some advice? I can ultimately drill a new hole but the seat does seem like it is leaning back when on the flat floor.

If I had to guess there is a bracket that bolts to the floor then bolts to the seat. ...yes I know I took a picture before taking it out but can't seem to find it.

The picture is a bit small so I can't make out exactly. Take it to a repair shop and ask I think they will know what you are looking for.

If you have access to a service manual or installation guide for the bus, refer to it. It can provide diagrams and specifications for the seat mounting system.
