Fixing window latches

Hi there! Can anyone here point me to a resource on or walk me through how to replace the plastic window latches on my Thomas bus? It was manufactured in early 1994. It's a 24 foot, though I doubt that makes a difference for the windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
