Hello and HELP PLEASE!

Hello Skoolie Friends! We are new to this forum and sadly it looks like we might not be able to continue our skoolie dream. Im hoping someone can offer us some advice and help! We live in West Virginia and are trying to buy a standard length school bus in Kentucky. When we inquired about getting it insured, we were turned down by everyone. We cant do it commercially and we cant do it as an RV! Its crazy!!
Has anyone been successful in getting their bus insured in West Virginia??? If so, how did you do it??? Who did you go with?? Thanks so much!

Try Progressive Commercial (*NOT* their personal auto division!). Ask for a "Commercial Vehicle for Personal Use". This is the policy I have and runs a little over $50 a month.

Same here. The magical phrase was "Commercial for Personal Use". Worked like a charm. Don't despair!
