It's happening!!!!
So I buy my bus this Friday and am trying to gather a handful of beginner's resources so that I can start conversion ASAP. Please share any and all helpful info with me below. I greatly appreciate it!!

Educate yourself, read past threads and Google what you don't grok.

Then as specific questions, ideally one topic per thread.

Document your buildout as you go along to help others coming after
