I don't know if anyone is in your area and willing, but you might look up Transcendence, they travel a bit and help out those who need it with conversions. Does pretty good work too, from what I see. They go by Transcend Existence on YouTube.

Yes! We also found a pre-built short bus for sale, which we may go for. I’ve never talked to any skoolies or tiny house people in person, so I’m happy to hear there are some in my area. Would love to chat about parking spaces and such also - it’s really hard finding a space.
yes, we are in the same boat I have some space for bus parking but cannot do much in winter time. are you looking for somewhere indoor to do the job? did you buy the bus already? are you going to convert by yourself?
Yeah winter seems to be the major hitch. We haven’t bought anything yet - we want to make sure we have an actual space to work on it first. Our neighbours/landlord might not want it parked in our driveway. I’ve never done a build before but it’s always been a dream of mine to build some sort of house. An indoor spot to work on it would be great, but not sure what to do about long term winter parking and Covid stuff. What are you working on currently?
