NEWBIE - Is there too much rust in this picture?

I see there's some rust, and also a seal that needs replaced.
But is this amount of rust a deal-breaker?

Thanks.

That’ just surface rust.
Not a deal breaker.

Apply some Ospho and good to go!

I've been on my back with a needle scaler for 2 days. I'd kill for that rust lol.
