Removing old under-mount boxes

Anyone have any recommendations on how to get old rusty boxes off so we can get new ones on? 2006 international

Once you get to 5 posts on this site, you can post pictures. How to remove something is usually dependent on how it's attached (unless you have a plasma cutter).

Are they factory? If so I repaired mine. I cut out the bottom replaced my floors with wood and diamond plate on the edge.
