Spray insulation

We just finished putting the rustoleum on the floor and going to lay a grid down then plywood then flooring. We are going to do spray foam ...after we lay the grid down should we frame the walls then spray foam everything? We were just going to have a company do it so we don't want to have to have them come twice. The question is what order do we do things in order to use spray foam in the whole bus. Thanks!

I had a company spray foam my bus. Front and back, walls and ceiling, including the pocket below the chair rail. It's not cheap and it's pretty messy, they spent way more time on prep and cleanup than they did on actually spraying foam.

I had mine fully stripped to a shell when they got there. Walls and ceiling removed, bare metal floor.

Okay so you insulted before framing or doing anything with the floor. You framed on top of the spray foam correct

I'm still framing, but yes everything will be done over the insulation. After the spray foam I am also using additional XPS in many places.

Definitely foam before anything else. Framing would come first if you were spray foaming inner walls, but there's no point in that.
