Tear wheel well rust

Hey everyone first post first bus first conversion. I have a 1993 international and after getting it home the rear wheel wells where they bolt to the floor is rusting. Am worried that this problem will come back to haunt me if I don't address it before the build after all everything is out now. What is the best way to do this? Do I need to replace the tubs or just remove them and deal with the rust? Not sure how to get started and what steps to take to fix it. Any info from anyone who has dealt with problem would be appreciated.

You will probably be best served to keep as much of the original wheel wells as possible unless you have the skills to build your own. Cut out the bad parts and weld in patches.
