Wich one too choose Newbie here

Hi i have been researching for like a month looking a skoolie conversion , and im really getting into it and start my research for a bus / shuttle . So far i would have found a Freightliner 2003 24 place with 121367 km unfortunatly waiting for the owner to send me engine and transmition info for that one . and the other one is a ford ctv 2016 fuel with around 380 000 km . wondering wich should be a better choice .

Personally, I wouldn't touch a 2016...there's a reason they're selling it.
