Window Seal help

I'm having a leaky window issue. I have tried to no avail finding replacement rubber channel seals for my bus windows. CR Laurence came the closest (too deep of channels). I've been told to caulk along each window pane. I have zero experience with caulking, so I'm nervous. Thoughts on other options? Have others gone this route? Any information would be helpful! See pics.

Ok so this can be my first post in the forums after lurking for a few days. I never thought my first post would be advising someone else but here we go. I would use something called "Putty Tape" for the windows, it has been used on RV's and older mobile home aluminum framed windows for decades now and seems to work quite well.
You can find it in many places but here is a link to the product at Wal-Mart. https://www.walmart.com/ip/5-Pack-1-...vent/100622276
