Wiring short bus rear lights question.

Hello everyone. I just got a 2000 Ford E-450 7.3L turbo diesel short school bus 22 feet 5 window. I purchased it from someone who already gutted it and did the floors. All of the wiring that goes to the back of the bus is coiled up at the front. See photos.
My question is I am trying to connect the brake lights and turn indicators and reverse lights. Starting with the brake lights. Luckily the previous owner labeled most of the wires. I connected the two brake lights to their respective wires.
I should let you know that my bus uses 2 batteries. I only have one battery installed ( the one under the hood).
When I step on the brake ( key turned on or off) I can hear the relay switch activating but the brake lights do not turn on. I’m enclosing pictures (don’t laugh- it looks like a mess)
I am asking for any assistance or guidance on getting these lights to work. Thanks.

Minotour Circuit Board Schematics

Thankfully Thomas labels the wires. If you look closely you will see it printed on them. The attached link contains schematics of the circuit boards for a minotour. Maybe it will help

Thank you.

I’ll look at the wires tomorrow. I found a wiring diagram for the rear lights. I think it might help as well. Tomorrow I hope to get the rear lights working.

I fixed the brake lights!!

After scratching my head and getting way lost in tracing tiny wires through thick colored bundles I looked at the brake lights. There were three wires coming off of each. 2 colored wires and one white. I could light up the light directly to a battery only using the 2 colored wires. The white is basically the ground wire. So I thought what if I attach the white ground wire to the chassis and step on the brake.......
Amazing the brake lights worked. I had to ground the lights for them to work. So now I connected the turn indicators, the backup lights, license plate lights and marker lights.
Brake lights work as well as the turn indicators! The others are connected to a switch which still needs a few more connections. It just got too late. I’ll get it done tomorrow.
