1987 International un-named

A few months ago I caught a bug that infected me with the desire to spueeze my life into a school bus. I searched the internet night and day to find the right bus. I finally came across this 1987 International. After a thorough inspection by my dad and my mechanic, I made the purchase for $1150. The interior setup will need to be rearranged to fit my style, and use space more efficiently. With the addition of a few ammenities, I plan on living in her full time in southeast Minnesota. I'm out of the state for work until mid-november, so the work can't begin until then. I'll post the pictures my dad emailed me and gladly take any advice you have to give me. I want to thank everyone for the information and support so readily available on, not only this site, but all the web.

Re: 1987 International un-named

here is a floor plan I've worked out for the bus, it keeps changing, so I'll keep this page updated. the brown L up front is a counter-cabinet-storage deal. The white square is a sink. The brown outlined square in the L is a hinged section that will lift out of the way for access to the driver's area. The light brown square with a circle is the bathroom, I'm planning on a composting toilet. The table will be hinged and fold up flat to the wall when not in use. The black square is a wood stove with the pipe running out through a window. Here's a link to a better looking version of the plans on http://floorplanner.com/kqkkf3 . And trust me, I do spend all my spare time searching through the pictures and ideas.
