Starting my conversion the bus has no name as of yet. If the temps are in the 30s I am ok working on the bus but here in Montana 30s are only a few times a month.

I hit my first mile stone today, all the seats are out . Toke me only 3 hours or so I used a sawzall and 1/4 impact cut the legs right at the plates on the floor and unbolted from the walls, the folding seat by the mid ship door has solid metal legs and will require me to cut the bolts. I am not taking the floor up as it's all tile expect the center runner, I will only remove the brackets if they get in the way of my 2x2 framing for the floor, the ridge foam won't care about the seat brackets.

Next project is finding the size of the coolent hose and finding a way to loop them back right behind the drivers seat and remove heaters and the last seat and then start on the framing for the floor
