2000 3800 T444E mid size

Hello, I'm new to this page and new to busses. And I just purchased a 3800 t444E mid size bluebird school buss. It's a international navastar with a 7.3 liter turbo desil. It has low miles(70,000) as well as it is already converted and ready for us to live in the inside. However the outside could use some work. I need two new front tires, exhaust, brakes, shocks, and some general maintaince. I'm posting to ask some questions. Like where do you guys get parts in specific brake parts? Do all busses have manual battery cut off switch? Is there any tricks to not killing the battery? Is it possible to find parts diagrams and part numbers for these? Also did I get a could deal? I know the 7.3 is pretty realible engine, but what kind of transmissions are I these?
