Have been tooling around a bit, started ripping up the floor. Got some free used hardwood flooring I'd like to put down.

The Floor rails were a pain - bolted in every 3-4 inches. It took a little longer than expected to remove them. Not a one person job!

I removed the rear heater - and just ran from the front heater back out - not parts needed - and still have both front heating units.

I do like the fact that there aren't any wheel wells to worry about.

Yep, it worked out well since I'm local to the area. Hopefully I didn't steal your bus!

HA! I knew I recognized that bus! I am glad it is going to good use - You saved me the trip up there - and I found one down here - so it all worked out.

inside your heating unit, what are the 2 units with red / white wires.. are your air/Mix doors Servo controlled or are there cables running from the control panel plate behind the heater core?

mine are JUNK cables.. if yours are servos im going to be picking your brain for some part numbers so I can convert mine..

Hmmm.... not sure - I could not read the serial number on the little units. Not sure what they do - I will try to trace the line back.

Has anyone had an issue with their bus tilting to one side a little? It's an air suspension, I'm hoping it's just out of adjustment or something.

deo you have Cables that go from the knobs on the dash for 'fresh<-> Recirc' and for 'Rear<->Heat<->Defrost'.. not the fan switches that pull out but these are knobs you rotate.
