No large holes just the bolt holes. I've started to remove the walls on each side of the emergency exit door but still have a handful of screws to grind off.

I got one side removed today. It didn't look to bad behind it other than the window I shattered trying to get the panel out.

Damn, that sucks for sure. Yeah, mine were tough to get off, too. The fit on my bus from the factory was so bad that the edges of those rear panels had been hammered into the openings for the rear-most side windows and then those windows had been pressed in. I think I had to cut each panel into three pieces while it was still in place in order to get them out. That was when I first learned the value of the $30 Harbor Freight electric shears.

What are the last 8 digits of your vin number? I might be able to get you some of the specs of your bus.

It is a full size. I really wanted a flat nose but couldn't refuse the price of this one.

This is the first thing I found when searching for a 2008 International build. Looks like mine will have the Maxxforce (I'm looking at it and most likely purchasing it this week). Great tips, everyone, and good luck, DJ!

I've got a 2008 CE300 with a MaxxForce DT. I've had it since September and it has been great. I'm just being diligent about checking the coolant levels and I'll just keep getting the oil changed every 3000 miles and sending off the dirty oil samples each time to be tested.

From my understanding, if you're getting a MaxxForce, the DT is the best of the 3. So hopefully that is the one you're getting.

Hopefully. I'm not sure what's in it at the moment.
