My fiancé and I are converting it in Ontario together, to live and travel full time with two cats and a dog. We grow sprouts and make kombucha and kraut, as well as custom made cat furniture and catios.

Still learning a bit about it, motor has the pesty particulates filter but we were attached to this size mid bus so that was the compromise. We bought it Dec 2022 with new tyres and safety. Lots of surface rust, glued steel panels, rusted bolts galore.

So far seats and top part of diesel heater are out. Will be building extensive underfloor storage then replacing a whole wall of windows to steel once I read up more about that.

Managed to get floor out, gotta convert the rust then seal with primer. At least I can see what I’m working with, though have a car load of wet ply to dump now.

These ***** glued panels though. Am currently considering cutting the panels either side of the I beams and glueing on a furring strip. Then I still have upgraded insulation and have a thermal break.
