Big fan of the pine, nice work. I've never seen a swat van style bus, it's an original.
Great plate on the car, how many letters/numbers can you use? ....we can use up to 8 here in Ontario.
Cut glass and penny tops very cool, was going to build a bar top using nickles [40's, 50's, 60's]. Ended up gutting my basement and never building the bar...still have the nickles. Did you slip in any Canadian pennies?
What kind of art do you do?

Thanks..we have 7 spaces on a plate to use as vanity plate in Illinois. I didn't think "SMARTSS" would be approved but it was...I create paintings of landmarks, cars, buses, homes etc. on glass or plexiglass and then add LED lights inside the frame to give the appearance of working lights on headlights, moon, windows, etc...In 1220 days, I am retiring and will travel across the back roads of the USA enjoying life and selling my art as we go. That's why I added an easel to be able to do art work in the bus. I hope I have the patience to wait that long...6/10/2019....

Well our countdown to retirement and travel is only 280 days...the "Gypsy Bluebird" is 90% complete and we are anxiously waiting to go...We still have to do the trailer renovations and tune up the bus but other than that the interior and body & paint job is complete. we have had to go with "Plan B" several times including replacing the Refrigerator to a 12volt model, installing a window air conditioner and changing the beds to accommodate couch seating, but overall we have stuck with our original plans...

Go and apply for the plate, you just never know who you will get at DMV. My brother had a 69 Jaguar XKE. He figured since a Jaguar is a cat that he wanted a tag that said 69PUSSY, DMV said NFW. But then another buddy went in and applied for a tag that said PHAQUE, DMV said NFW. He said "You don't understand, My car is a clone of a French made car and that is the French spelling of FAKE." They gave it to him.
Tell them it's short for Smart Skoolie Shuttle.
Mine will be : BCKTLST
