Austin Tx place to convert our bus?

Hi,
My wife and I are converting our first school bus (we've done 3 r.v.'s and a 50 ft spartan before). We are looking for a place to park it and work on it, as our back yard is too small.
Would someone be interested in trading work (I help you with your bus, you help me with a place to put mine) or professional tattoo work (my wife is a professional tattoo artist here in town)?
