Beverly's getting a face lift
We last checked in when we were on the road (side of the road) broke down in Biloxi, Mississippi! We've since fixed the alternator, IPR valve and a handful of other odds and ends. We tom over all our 'temporary' set up that got us through the trip. Queen size bed, full size couch kitchenette, some frame work and three original seats we left for a passenger navigation section were all romived when we got back from our trip. We were left with the shell again, we gave her a new paint job on the inside, adding wood floors and have a lay out in mind for our kitchen, Woodstove, bathroom. We are keeping it simple and sticking with a lot of the original charm of the us look. Luckily our bus is insulated through the ceiling and we just have to do below the windows and floor. We started work on her again Oct. 19th and are hoping to be done by the end of the month because we are looking at property to move her and live in it full time. Obviously there will be a lot left to do once settled, but we'd like to have the esthetics and comforts of home covered. Since we got home from our trip and moved back in the house I have missed the bus life and have slowly persuaded my husband to make it a full time life style! Can't wait to be back on Bev! #Backonthebus
