Bus Conversion Vlog #18: Installing Bus Windows



There were just a few clean up things I had to do before I could install the windows. Sealing the bus windows proved to be a challenge. After cutting out the flange lip, the windows didn't fully seal on the bottom.

Why are you posting your blogs in separate posts? Just keep adding new ones to the old thread and then people can just scroll down and find the vids in order.

I've learned here to cut the window flange 2" below the window. One, because they are a PITA to remove and possibly two, someone figured out the windows leak if you remove it.
