Hey Sam ---even with a couple of months invested, you are still rockin' on! Maybe someday I'll get to start on my little interior...some day...

Thanks Tango!!! I have to admit I’m a little jealous of your work space! What a shop! And your shorty is super classic with superb craftsmanship....the wait for the interior will defiantly be worth it! Looks great!

Re: Church Bus

Wow, yeah that bus is really coming together! Great work! I noticed though that the area of roof between your skylights appears to be a place where water will collect because there is no drainage. If you have a small pond up there during and after each rainstorm I think that water will find it's way into your bus. If you haven't already, you might want to think about creating some drainage routes so the water does not puddle regardless of the angle the bus is parked at.

Re: Church Bus

Great insight Desil Dan! I actually have been battling a few leaks for a while now and that’s a great point. I’ll try drilling a few holes low in the 2x4’s to see if that helps. I am planning on coating the entire top with a liquid rubber type material once I have everything in place but not sure what type will do the job….sugestions?

Re: Church Bus

hi Sam,

could you tell me if there are any hole or gaps in the length wise roof supports that one could fit wires through? and if so could you take a picture of its location? you and i should have the same roof supports, but you have removed your inner roof skins. if i know where the holes are it would make it easier to run wires through there.

thanks
Eric
