clean interior
I don't think I've ever seen a bus kept so clean - school bus owned by a private contractor - when I first saw the picture I had to look twice because I thought it must have a roof raise, but it's just a reflection off the ceiling

unfortunately, it's not likely to stay so clean and shiny once we've turned it into a camper/sleddog hauler with a wood burning stove and traveled on winter highways for a few years, but clean and shiny and well cared for seems a good place to start
