Electric School Bus on Gov Liquidation

Been a while since I had time to post on here and even more time since I have done any really work on the Bus, but saw this and had to post it.

Seems like it would be a great idea, just not sure about the feasibility of it.

If you click on the "F7" link under the "Condition" column of the Item Manifest: F7 code means unserviceable, but repairable. . .FWIW. It does not say just what on the bus is unserviceable that I could find.
