I've been thinking about an ambulance (for a smaller Class B type conversion) or a Bookmobile/Command Center (if larger). These always have lots of built-ins and often generators, A/C and full house systems already in place.

That's pretty cool looking. I guess the number of already installed systems could be good or bad, depending on how particular you are about how they are configured and whether your usage scenarios are a close enough match to take advantage of existing equipment.
